      1.春季老年人怎樣保健健康知識講稿

      老人春練六不宜,一不宜早。

      二不宜空。

      三不宜露。

      四不宜激。

      五不宜急。

      六不宜單,

      初春,晨間氣溫低、霧氣重。過早出戶后,人體驟然受冷容易患傷風(fēng)感冒或哮喘病、“老慢支”,還會使肺心病等病情加重,故老年人應(yīng)在太陽初升后外出鍛煉為宜。

      老年人新陳代謝慢,早晨血流相對緩慢,體溫偏低。故晨練前應(yīng)喝些熱飲料,如牛奶、蛋湯、咖啡、麥片等,以補(bǔ)充水分、增加熱量,加速血液循環(huán)

      早晨戶外活動,要選擇避風(fēng)向陽、溫暖安靜、空氣新鮮的曠野、公園或草坪等,不要頂風(fēng)跑,更不宜脫衣露體鍛煉。

      老年人體力弱,適應(yīng)性差,運(yùn)動方式以散步、慢跑、舞劍、做醫(yī)療體操、氣功等,運(yùn)動量一定要量力而行,循序漸進(jìn),激烈運(yùn)動容易誘發(fā)心、肺疾病。

      因老年人晨起后肌肉松弛,關(guān)節(jié)韌帶僵硬,四肢功能不協(xié)調(diào),故鍛煉前應(yīng)輕柔地活動軀體、扭動腰肢、活動關(guān)節(jié),防止因驟然鍛煉而誘發(fā)意外事故。

      老年人易發(fā)生心腦血管意外,運(yùn)動時最好能結(jié)伴。有心肝腎等臟器嚴(yán)重疾病者,須在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下運(yùn)動,一般時間要較短,強(qiáng)度要較小。

      老人秋季養(yǎng)生注意7個要點:

      1、調(diào)節(jié)飲食,養(yǎng)肺生津

      由于五臟衰弱,腸胃薄弱,如果飲食生冷無節(jié),饑飽無常,勢必傷胃犯病。因此,秋季老年人應(yīng)少吃多餐,多食熟軟開胃易消化之物。

      2、多補(bǔ)水趕走秋季干燥

      秋季天氣干燥,主要外邪為燥邪,人的津液容易損傷,所以秋季時節(jié)最重要的當(dāng)數(shù)充足補(bǔ)水,老年人同樣如此。秋季重點養(yǎng)肺,而白色入肺,因此,這段時間宜常吃藕、百合、白蘿卜、山藥、銀耳、白果、梨、蓮子、荸薺等清補(bǔ)柔潤的“白色蔬果”。

      3、提高耐寒能力,防感冒

      睡眠是養(yǎng)生的重頭戲,老年人體質(zhì)差,對睡眠環(huán)境也要求較高。秋季夜里涼風(fēng)習(xí)習(xí),就很容易受到“賊風(fēng)”侵襲。所以,老年人入睡時一定要避風(fēng)寒而臥。

      5、注意居室通風(fēng)

      天涼了也要保持居室經(jīng)常通風(fēng),當(dāng)室內(nèi)外溫度相差10℃時,15分鐘即可將室內(nèi)空氣交換一遍。不要在居室內(nèi)吸煙,以減少污染,日常生活中要注意保持室內(nèi)的濕度,可以用濕毛巾擦室內(nèi)的家具,廚房最好安裝換氣扇,庭院、室內(nèi)可養(yǎng)些花草,以調(diào)節(jié)空氣濕度。

      6、加強(qiáng)鍛煉,增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)

      秋風(fēng)蕭瑟,自然界凄涼的景色容易導(dǎo)致老年人悲觀傷感的消極情緒。因此,老年人應(yīng)特別注意精神保健,可適當(dāng)選擇琴棋書畫、養(yǎng)花種草、玩物賞鳥等文化娛樂活動,以愉悅身心、陶冶情操、安度晚年。
